by losing the weight there are alot of weight loss medications out there I want to try like Wegovy or zepbound. Alex is currently taking zepbound I think these would help me to lose this weight

I started on my own weight loss Program on Marco Polo. I am currently doing exercise a few times a week and singing and dancing a few times a week as well as Zumba and outside walking getting my steps in I use an applewatch to keep track of my progress

I’ve weighed 172 pounds at the beginning of my weight loss journey and now I’m down to 121 as my current weight for my weight loss journey, I have been using a prescription drug called Wegovy for a few months and then wegovy wasn’t in stock for the dosage I needed so then the doctor switched to me to a new prescription called Zepbound which I take as an injection every 10 days. I went Back to the Outer Banks with my Family from May 26th to June 2nd i went on the Beach with My Mom, My Sister Jessica and her Family and also with Jen and Justin we had a wonderful Vacation it was a Relaxing Time i went in the Hot tub with My Mom that was a relaxing time later on i went in the Hot tub by myself and then Jen and Justin Joined me in the Hot tub
